Fiber Good!

In my daily routine, partly because I suffer from a prolapse in my intestines, I take a HUGE dose of fiber (Metamucil) every morning, I've longed touted the benefits of it. Now a new study bears out my feelings. (I'm always telling everyone, "Take Metamucil!"). It's good for diabetes (which I also have) and for lots of things that ail you, including heart disease. Fiber good!
