A Song of Peace and Gratitude.

A good friend of mine who is serving today in the armed forces sent me this note:

i was having a conversation with my neighbor who said hey i saw you on tv

and we were talking about how

disconnected the public has been

from the realities of war

i think its fueled distrust on the left

and sanitized the thing on the right

its been more like a war movie

than a war
